For the sixth year, this is my “year in cities”—for 2018. These are places where I spent at least a night—the day trip list follows. Cities marked with an * were visited multiple times on non-consecutive days. I’m fairly liberal with my definition of a city here—some of the members of this list are towns or otherwise named geographic places.
