My Year in Cities 2017

For the fifth year, this is my “year in cities”—for 2017. These are places where we spent at least a night—the day trip list follows. Cities marked with an * were visited multiple times on non-consecutive days. I’m fairly liberal with my definition of a city here—some of the members of this list are towns or otherwise named geographic places.

I’d seen Jason Kottke do this over the years, but it was Joel Housman’s tweet in 2013 that prompted me go ahead and make my own list.

Overall, I travelled very little this year—something I hope not to say at the end of 2018.
